Code of Conduct
Fundamental to Our Promise, “Always the Best Show in Town,” we create opportunities to encourage positive community engagement through shared guest experiences.
The Paramount Theatre supports community engagement by hosting a wide range of events that reflect Oakland’s deep roots with diverse perspectives and robust dialogue.
We are dedicated to ensuring our events are entertaining, inclusive, respectful, productive, and harassment-free for everyone, and maintaining an atmosphere where all can enjoy the events. Paramount Theatre attendees are responsible for their own conduct, as well as the conduct of their guests.
While attending a Paramount Theatre event, guests agree to adhere to the Code of Conduct. Guests in violation of the Code of Conduct may be subject to denial of entry into the venue or ejection without a refund and/or loss of ticket privileges for future events.
