Due to a scheduling conflict, the Smokey Robinson concert at the Oakland Paramount Theatre has been cancelled. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

For Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster, you don't need to do a thing. Ticketmaster will issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see Ticketmaster's Purchase Policy for more information.

For tickets purchased through the Paramount Theatre Box Office, we will contact you to process a refund on your original method of payment at time of purchase. 

For tickets purchased through a third party platform, please contact them directly to process your refund.
